Family Constellation

I have been working with Family Constellation since 2010.
I really believe it is a very powerful healing technique.
This method was discovered by a German called Bert Hellinger.
He advises that we should clear up unconscious entanglements and unhealthy binds to parents and/ or previous partners - or we are not actually FREE to be present in our current relationship.

Hellinger observed in his many years of family therapy that the family system, just like any system, has its own natural order, and that order is disrupted, the effects are felt by subsequent generations as the system tries to right itself.

According  Bert Hellinger has a key foundational principles that under pin Family Constellations are that “love is at work behind all humans behaviour “that there is a deep and profound need for “ balance in giving and taking in the family system even across generations “ and that there is a natural order and a healthy hierarchy where each member has a rightful and respected place and which also includes “ every member, living or dead, having an equal right to belong”.

Relationships are the basis of society, if you cannot comprehend how to improve relationships, it will not be possible to do what is necessary.

Within saying that, the systemic solutions through family constellation work are very powerful. It is able to effectively provide support in a range of areas of life, such as:

Family Constellation workshops show the hidden dynamics of the family system and what is causing the reality behind the problem. This approach allows us to perceive and recognise the feelings and attitudes that we unconsciously assume.

The biggest discoveries made by Bert Hellinger along the years have shown that many times, conflict and problems that apparently are unsolvable, do have solutions.

What is Order?

Order in the meaning given by Bert Hellinger is the way different things act together, so that harmony, tuning, relationships with what is correct, and adjustments are processed.

The order remains in the exchange, unites the dispersed and brings it together in execution. The order as we understand it lies in the attainment of consciousness; otherwise, the movements of the spirit lead to solutions that can not be reached or understood within the limits of consciousness.

The Constellation Orders are associated with two large groups; the Orders of Love and the Orders of Help.

Five of these orders allow a clear routing of a substantial part of all events that affect the balanced existence and even the physical and mental condition of a person or a family according to the factors that these Orders regulate.

They are:

• The Order of Men and Women - The Couple

• The Order of Genitors - Parents and Children

• The Order of the Hierarchy - Brothers and Aggregates

• The Order of Ownership - Family Group

• The Order of Giving and Receiving - Person and his/her environment

These concepts are experiential in nature, where participants understand, see and receive the benefits:

* Revealing the hidden and compelling dynamics which influence the family.

* Healing movements and statements which help towards solution - a new balance so that love can flow and strength be restored.
